Paul started his career in 1972 and has remained focused on the cleaning of the Indoor Environment. He has written numerous articles, spoken and taught internationally and cleaned for many well-known and respected prestigious clients.
Gabriel is a fibre care professional specialising in Persian and Oriental carpet cleaning, restoration and colour repair. He initially started as a carpet cleaner but soon discovered his passion for hand-made rugs, and colour repairs.
He has developed the Brio Dyes – acid dyes specifically formulated to make rug and carpet bleach spot corrections easier and has also put together a set of dyes for sisal and seagrass colour repairs. He is currently working on a set of natural dyes.

Mark Kennedy is the author of “Secrets of the Carpet Cleaning Super-Giants” and creator of the “Levels of Success Program,” a sales, marketing, and management system for cleaning and restoration companies.
Jim’s love of people and his need for a fast-paced, exciting, and merit-driven vocation naturally led him to a career in sales and marketing. He has spent the last 25 years working for, and with, some of the most successful, high-end textile restoration and protection firms in the world. Jim’s accomplishments in this field has led to opportunities to share his experience both as a consultant and a speaker.
Dr Errol Wood has a BSc (First Class Hons in Physics) and a PhD (Physics) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand; a Diploma in Teaching from Christchurch Teachers College.
Dr Wood has extensive experience as a teacher and lecturer, having been a teacher of mathematics and physics at Cashmere High School, Education Manager at AgResearch Ltd, and the Manager, Education, Information & Partnership Services at Wool Research Organisation, New Zealand.

Dr. Sailen Kumar Chaudhuri is a distinguished figure in the field of textile technology, with a career spanning academia, industry leadership, and authorship. He earned his M.Tech degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, graduating with distinction, and subsequently completed his Ph.D. at the University of Manchester.
Wiesława Agnieszka Świder is the founder of the Rugs Clinic, a place that has become a haven for antique and sentimental fabrics from around the world. Her passion for weaving and carpet restoration has its roots in her childhood spent in the Beskid Sądecki region, where she was surrounded by the tradition of spinning and weaving. Her interest in weaving developed during her travels across Poland and Europe, where she delved into the secrets of traditional craftsmanship.
