It is aimed at carpet cleaners, house keepers, facilities managers and anyone else responsible for the maintenance of quality carpet.

Advanced use of chemistry and techniques will be demonstrated and trainees will have the opportunity to practice these new skills during the afternoon session.

A wide variety of stains will be tackled including oil & water based liquids, food spills and dyes.

09.30 -10.00 Carpet constructions and what part they play in stain removal

10.00 -10.30 The tools & toys you need to carry out best practice.

10.30 -10.45 Coffee & Tea Break.

10.45 -12.00 The Chemicals that we use, how to apply and the techniques used.

12.00-12.45 Lunch Break

12.45–1.45 Practical demonstrations of spot & stain removal, using more advanced techniques and chemistry.

13.45-15.15 A chance to carry out some hands on yourself. Patience is the key here.

15.15 -5.30 Tea & Coffee
